  • Tours, travel bookings, and travel-related services
  • Wallet/credit usage

2. Business Divisions

TRAVEL AND TASTE operates in two verticals:

a) Food Products Division:

Manufacturing & selling consumable food products such as Spices, Blended Masale, Khadhe Masale, Mix Masale, Tea, Salt, Sugar, etc.

b) Tours & Travels Division:

Providing International/domestic travel packages, ticketing support, hotel bookings, and travel assistance.

Both divisions follow independent and combined policies as applicable.

3. Product Information (Consumables)

  • All product descriptions, images, and details on our website or outlets are for reference and may vary slightly.
  • Products are manufactured and packaged under strict hygiene standards.
  • We reserve the right to modify product pricing and availability without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed include/exclude taxes as applicable.
  • TRAVEL AND TASTE may change prices anytime due to raw material costs or market conditions.
  • Payments for online and offline purchases must be made via approved methods.
  • Any credit/wallet amount is non-refundable and non-transferable (details below).

5. Wallet Terms

  • Wallet balance can be used only to purchase products or services from TRAVEL AND TASTE.
  • Wallet money cannot be transferred to a bank account, UPI, third-party wallet, or any external payment method.
  • Wallet balance is non-redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

6. Order Confirmation

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment (online) or billing (offline).
  • TRAVEL AND TASTE reserves the right to cancel or refuse service in cases of:
    • Pricing errors
    • Stock unavailability
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Technical issues

7. Shipping & Delivery (Consumable Products)

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location, courier availability, and other external factors.
  • TRAVEL AND TASTE is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen events.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on our website including text, graphics, product designs, videos, and logos are the property of TRAVEL AND TASTE.
  • Any reproduction, copying, distribution, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • TRAVEL AND TASTE shall not be responsible for issues arising due to misuse of the product, improper storage, or delays caused by third-party services.
  • For tours, the company is not liable for:
    • Natural disasters
    • Weather issues
    • Airline cancellations
    • Political disturbances
    • Accidents or loss of belongings
    • Health problems

10. Governing Law

All transactions, bookings, and disputes are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh courts only.

11. Modification of Terms

TRAVEL AND TASTE reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Customers should check this page periodically.


REFUND & RETURN POLICY

PART A — Refund & Return Policy for Consumable Products

Since we deal with food-grade consumable items, we maintain a strict return and refund protocol.

1. No Return After Sale

Once a product is sold—whether from an outlet or online—it cannot be returned, as consumable items cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Conditions Under Which Return/Replacement is Allowed

Return or replacement will be accepted ONLY under the following situations:

  • ✔ Product damaged before delivery: If the product is physically damaged, tampered with, or leaked before delivery.
  • ✔ Product delivered in expired condition: If the expiry date has already passed at the time of delivery.
  • ✔ Product delivered with less than 30 days expiry: If the delivered product has an expiry date of fewer than 30 days, the customer may request a replacement.
3. Refund Conditions
  • Refunds are provided only if TRAVEL AND TASTE verifies and confirms the issue.
  • Refund will be processed via the same payment method and to the same individual who made the original payment.
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days (dependent on banks/payment gateways).
4. Wallet Refunds
  • If a refund is processed as wallet credit, it can only be used to purchase products/services from TRAVEL AND TASTE.
  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed as cash.
5. Reporting Issues

To request a return/refund, customers must contact:

  • Damaged product

Requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of product delivery.

PART B — Refund & Cancellation Policy for Tours & Travel Services

Because travel services involve third-party partners (hotels, airlines, transport, etc.), the following rules apply:

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after full/partial payment (as per package terms).

2. Travel Cancellation Rules

Cancellation charges depend on: Hotel policies, Airline rules, Transport provider, Season (peak/off-season), and Package type.

3. No Refund Situations

No refund will be applicable in case of:

  • No-show
  • Incorrect travel documents
  • Client-initiated delay or change
  • Natural calamity or political disturbance
  • Sudden medical emergency without documented proof
  • Visa rejection (if applicable)
4. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.
  • Refund time may vary from 10–20 working days, depending on third-party providers.
5. Travel Modification Charges

Changes to travel dates, hotels, or destinations may incur additional charges based on availability and third-party rules.

6. Responsibility During Travel

TRAVEL AND TASTE is not responsible for:

  • Lost baggage
  • Delays due to airlines, railways, or transport
  • Personal accidents or health issues
  • Sudden changes in itinerary due to weather/political reasons

PART C — Combination Orders

If a customer purchases both travel services and food products together (if allowed), refunds and policies will be applied independently for each category.
