Travel and Taste Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Policy for Spices

Due to the nature of our products (spices and edible goods), we maintain a strict policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers. **We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened spice products or food items.**

Returns will only be accepted in the following limited circumstances:

  • The item received was **incorrect** (not what you ordered).
  • The item arrived **damaged, spoiled, or defective** upon delivery.

If your order qualifies under these exceptions, please proceed to the Refund Claim Process below.

2. Refund Claim Process

For items that are incorrect, damaged, or spoiled, you must notify Travel and Taste within **3 days** of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

How to Submit a Claim:
  1. **Contact Us:** Email us immediately at info@travelandtaste.in.
  2. **Provide Details:** Include your order number, a description of the issue, and indicate whether you prefer a refund.
  3. **Submit Evidence:** For damaged or incorrect items, you **must** attach clear photographs of the product and the packaging. Claims submitted without photographic evidence may be denied.
Refund Processing:

If your claim is approved, we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **7-10 business days**.

Shipping Charges:

We do not refund the original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order is marked as "shipped" or "in transit," cancellation is not possible.
