Orders placed through the website are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed at our physical store may be collected directly by the customer.
Website orders are shipped through reputed courier services. Shipping partners are selected based on delivery location and availability to ensure your spices arrive fresh and on time.
We ship across India. International shipping is available for export orders and will be handled on a case-by-case basis as per applicable laws and charges.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, political situations, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
